A group in Scottsdale is circulating a petition to bring the rezoning for Axon’s proposed headquarters complex to a public vote. The Axon complex will include four apartment buildings and a hotel. Taxpayers Against Awful Apartment Zoning Exemptions (TAZE) has to file at least 15,353 signatures by Dec. 21.
